To be honest, I never know exactly what to write in these. I’m a Cross-Cultural Kid, Brazilian-Egyptian, born in France, and raised in a francophone household. I’ve studied design and work as a multidisciplinary designer in the UAE at the moment. A few years ago I started my own podcast about being inbetween things, aptly named inbetweenish. Here we talk about roots, home, and belonging. Beyond the mixed background, mixed languages, mixed religions—I am drawn to anything that is considered ‘in-between’ that goes from colors (literally), to disciplines, to fruits sometimes, to expression.
