At 28ish, Carrie and her team created a mobile app that helps people track their menstrual cycles, understand their hormonal fluctuations, and optimize their health. 28ish also offers educational resources, community forums, and workshops.

As a language coaching and soft skills training expert with global experience, Carrie has designed and deployed programs funded by the U.S. Department of State and USAID, collaborating with individuals and organizations worldwide.

As an international speaker and co-founder of The International Language Coaching Association, Carrie is committed to spreading menstrual cycle awareness and language coaching globally.
