Melchizedek is a coach, storyteller, podcaster, and founder of TalkCoz, a platform that helps people unlock their potential through meaningful conversations. After transitioning from a career in IT to leadership and language coaching, he’s passionate about empowering individuals, especially in the Global South, to develop the communication skills they need to lead with confidence. With a background in ESL training, leadership coaching, and soft skills development, Melchizedek believes that everyone is writing their own story, and his purpose is to connect with others and touch their lives through storytelling.
