Renata Urban

Renata is a certified and experienced language teacher, intercultural trainer, and communication skills coach and the owner and founder of URBAN Training and Services. Her mission is to help people communicate successfully in their own language, in a foreign language, and across cultures and to support diverse and virtual teams turn their cognitive diversity into an asset and collaborate effectively. Renata has lived and worked mainly in Germany, the UK, Italy, and the US. She calls South Florida home and works with a highly diverse and international clientele. Renata speaks English, German, Italian, and French, and has a basic understanding of Spanish and Portuguese. She can draw on more than 25 years of experience working for global corporations and as an independent trainer, coach, and consultant working with executives, professionals, private individuals, businesses, training institutions, and relocation firms. Her extensive international living and working experience, multi-lingual ability, and multi-cultural mindset allow her to adapt to her clients' unique situation and tailor her services to their needs. Renata is passionate about her choice of career, because she can make a difference in people's lives, support their transitions, and use her skills, knowledge, and experience to help clients thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
