Wiebke is a certified intercultural trainer and coach who supports corporate and individual clients through all phases of expatriation and repatriation. Wiebke has lived in 6 different countries for a total of 22 years and has experienced cultural diversity from an early age (Third Culture Kid). For some years, she has kept up the mobile lifestyle as an adult until she felt is was time to settle down with her family. It has been challenging to repatriate and to settle, but this has led Wiebke to explore her multicultural identity, find a deep sense of belonging and create a home no matter where she is. She firmly believes that moving to another country cannot be the solution to our problems, it just postpones the inner work we need to do. We always end up taking ourselves with us. In her Group Coaching Program “Finding Home Within” she helps her clients find their inner home - the best foundation for true happiness, may that be right there where you are or elsewhere.
